Q: What's the delivery term?

A: We suggest you to choose NINGBO port to ship the order to avoid damage or broken during truck transportation. Normally, we quote FOB NINGBO or CNF price. Please don't forget to clarify your destination if you ask for CNF price.

Q: How can I place an order?

A: We are looking forward to your confirmation for our products about quality, price and even samples. After that we'll fax or email you our proforma invoice or sales contract for your final confirmation. Order will become effective after payment term done.

Q: What's minimum quantity for an order?

A: Normally, we only accept full container order. Please fill your order to 28CBM/20'ft, 58CBM/40'ft, 68CBM/40'HQ.

Q: What's minimum quantity for each item?

A: Normally, we won't ask for minimum quantity for most items. But for table lamp and emergency light series, the minimum quantity for each item is 300PCS. And for some lighting source, the minimum quantity is 1,000pcs.

Q: How can I get a sample?

A: Normally only for one or two pieces of samples, we won't ask for sample fee but freight charge is to be collect.

Q: What if you ask for special color box for your order?

A: We accept customer's special design for the products color box. Normally, the minimum quantity will be over 1000PCS otherwise customer will pay extra printing charge.

Q: What's payment term accepted?

A: We accept two payment terms.

•  100% irrevocable L/C at sight; (But on FOB price term, 30% deposit is necessary.)

•  At least 30% deposit before production and balance sight B/L copy by T/T or D/P.

Q: What's lead time?

A: For one full container (less five different items), normally it will be effected on board within 30 days after order confirmed and payment term effective.
